Kee, Richard Smallwood, Joan Baez, Joe, Foreigner, Take 6, Cissy Houston, David Sanborn, Diana Ross, Donnie Harper, Rev. Milton Biggham, Donald Malloy, Bill Cosby and more.
You? Frankly, we're looking for more than who can simply "sing or play the best" as critical character intangibles such as dependability, professionalism, humility and a passion for ministry are even more essential. For both vocalists and musicians, individuals must be versatile, punctual, possess a "good ear" and retention (be a quick-learner), understand basic fundamentals such as harmony and dynamics, and (most importantly) know how to BLEND. Ideally, exemplary stage presence, the ability to sing lead and session/recording experience is preferred, but neither mandatory.
