Position Description: MINISTER OF DISCIPLESHIP AND EVANGELISM
The MINISTER OF DISCIPLESHIP AND EVANGELISM will develop and administer a holistic congregational discipleship ministry plan for Third New Hope Baptist Church.
The MINISTER OF DISCIPLESHIP AND EVANGELISM will also train and develop new leadership, develop and implement a discipleship ministry for new believers, evangelistic strategies to reach the unsaved, mentoring ministry for New Members and their assimilation into the ministry and life of Third New Hope Baptist Church and ensure that the follow-up strategy for first time guest is timely, effective and consistent with the mission and vision of Third New Hope Baptist Church. The person we are seeking must have a minimum of 4-5 years of effective and relevant experience in the ministry of discipleship/evangelism, currently work (or have recently served) in a multiple staff setting and possess the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, manage competing demands, prioritize tasks and has a passion towards organization and processes.
