On Saturday, October 30, 2010, in the midst of an audience dressed in "RED," a very sharp and charismatic, Ricky Dillard stepped to the mic to address his supporters who drove and flew in from all over the country. Read more for full coverage.
People began lining up at Second Ebenezer church in Detroit at 2PM for this highly anticipated live recording, and Ricky Dillard did not disappoint this crowd. The choir was dressed in beautiful red attire, and the beautiful backdrop made you feel like you were almost in Heaven. The concert was in a word, "riveting." Ricky ministered and gave the audience, "Thus sayeth the Lord." He wanted us to understand that it is not ministry as usual in these times of despair. The audience could feel his compassion and we were in full agreement with what he was saying. Then he began to go forth, Ricky Dillard-style with new songs and old songs that kept the audience waving, clapping, and tapping their feet as the choir sang like angels and the band played skillfully. This was an awesome Red Party Concert!
