1.      Tell us who is Word of Faith Worship?

Word of Faith Worship is a ministry of Word of Faith International Christian Center whose purpose is to help people experience the future God has for them by helping them encounter God through Word-based, heart-felt, relevant, and anointed music ministry.

2.      Tell us more about Breakout? Is this the church’s first album release?

Breakout is our second album release.  Its release was an endeavor some of our ministry team had talked about for a number of years.  Finally, about a year ago, God put it on my heart that it was time to do so.  Our journey to complete it has definitely had some rough moments but we persevered and are proud of what God has been able to do through us with this album.

3.      Share with us the meaning behind the album name “BreakOut.”

The name of our album ‘Breakout’ refers to two things.  It refers to how we praise God and to how God breaks us out of whatever trouble we may be facing.  Breakout is that moment in Acts 16:25 when Paul and Silas broke out in Praise in Worship by faith and God broke them out of prison in response.

4.      What is the mission behind the release of BreakOut?

The mission of Breakout is for the album to act as fuel for the listener’s faith.  Our goal is that by the time the listener gets to the last track they will be ready to break free, breakthrough and Breakout into the amazing future God has planned for you.

5.      What are some of the innovative ways you’re promoting your project?

We have publicized ‘Breakout’ by having a pre-release concert called The UnVeiling.  Also, we are marketing it through our many Social Media pages, YouTube, GodTube, press releases, radio and television interviews, and ministry websites incl. a Word of Faith Worship site.

6.      Do you have any advice for aspiring artists about the creative process and/or surmounting any hurdles artists may encounter?

My advice may seem simplistic but I think it’s needed.  Don’t give up.  There will absolutely be times when you will feel like giving up on your dreams.  There will be times where it seems impossible for them to come to pass.  Yet, in the most trying of times, you have to seek God and hang onto what he has put in your heart.  Pursue your dream with diligence, excellence, and faith and God will open the doors that need to be opened.  He will bring your dreams to pass.
