Anthony Howard's home-going celebration was a "production" he would have been proud to be a part of. Friends, family, and others touched by his remarkable life gathered on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, at True Rock Church in Detroit to celebrate the life of a truly talented young man. Friends and colleagues from the Gospel entertainment industry included The Convictor, Darius Twyman and Lexi.
Click to read Anthony's final article for DetroitGospel.com as well as a poem he'd written that was sent to us by Vanessa Lynn, CEO of 2 the Moon Productions.

I've had the privilege to take an eight-day vacation to Paris, France. Go with me for a moment. This isn't an opportunity to brag - it's an opportunity to testify of how what I thought was a trip for self gratification, and an opportunity to check another thing off of my list of "Things To Do Before I Die," became an eight-day way of preparing for my 40-day fast.
What Do You Do When The Seasons Change?

As with everything else it seems I’ve taken something else for granted. When I moved to Florida for Film School I didn’t realize how much I appreciated the change of seasons. I know some of you will call me crazy but I became greatly depressed during Thanksgiving and Christmas when I saw people swimming and Christmas lights on palm trees. I don’t even know why they had a meteorologist on the news because all they had to say was, “it’s going to be another sunny day!”
