“Manifested Favor” Album Drops April 1
Gospel music greatness is in his genes. And, Detroit’s own Bill Moss Jr. is definitely walking in the gifts handed down to him by a family of legendary gospel music superstars. Behind the scenes, as a music producer, writer and director, the multi-talented Moss already has made significant strides on the gospel music scene. Moss has layers of talent within him and is now presenting more of his vocal abilities to the world with the release of his first solo project, Manifested Favor, an album produced by his production company, BMJ Productions and backed by Salathiel Records.

Stellar Awards 2008 showcased the best in Gospel Entertaiment.

On Saturday, November 10th, on the campus of Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI, Christian co-ed fraternity Alpha Omega sponsored “Created for Praise,” a totally free youthful concert event that featured dancing and singing. Alpha Omega started in 1994 and now consists of six chapters state-wide. Wayne State, Oakland University, Eastern Michigan, Ferris State University, Grand Valley State, and Western Michigan University.

Marvin L. Winans' long awaited solo project was released in stores today, September 25, 2007. On Monday, September 24, Marvin Winans partied "gospel-style" with a packed room full of gospel artists, industry reps, dignitaries, and just plain fans.
It was a "Who's Who" of gospel elite that joined the legendary Marvin Winans in a triumphant celebration of music and artistry. J Moss; Karen Clark Sheard; Kim Burrell; Marvin Sapp; Lowell Pye; Vanessa Bell Armstrong; Darius Twyman; members of 2103, and The Resurrection; and sister/boss, CeCe Winans (Pure Springs Gospel), were just some of the artists on hand to celebrate with Winans. Nothing could have prepared the city of Detroit for the awesome blessings coming from the "2007 Breakthrough Conference" held under the "Big Tent" at Second Ebenezer Baptist Church. DetroitGospel.com was privileged to be present as Pastor Edgar Vann, First Lady Sheila Vann, and the entire Second Ebenezer Church family truly set the table for the Lord God "to come in and sup" with us.

"The hardest working woman in gospel" was working hard and early this morning on Detroit's West side at The Upper Room Christian Entertainment Center. Her highly anticipated "Vickie Winans' Blow-Out Garage and Trunk Sale" is in full swing and judging by the line of folks waiting before the doors opened at 10AM, it is another successful enterprise for Detroit's own Vickie Winans.
